Updates: New Betta Books - Just Released!

My fry are about two weeks old now. When I leave it dark for them they all start to swim but when I turn on a light they just sink to the bottom. Why do they do that?

Theo - It's perfectly normal - Most fry will look for food at the bottom of the tank. As some get larger, they will start to venture ard to look for food. Depending on how u "train" them, they may come to the surface to look for food whenever u switch on ur lights. I usually use top feeding foods like JBL Nobilfluid, Microfood (powder), Daphnia (the live 1s usually crowd near the corners of the tank), and frozen bloodworms (drop a few into the tank every few seconds). - Nov 13, 2001
