i've tried many things but my betta will not build a bubble nest! im starting to get angry at him!!! HELP ME!!!!!!

- Yeah, I had the same problem, i did everything right, but I still couldn\'t get my fish to breed. If the fish are new, they may take a while to get used to the tank and stuff. Another thing is that the male will build his bubble nest before a storm. So, I read on the net that if you put a fan so that it blows down on your tank, it will make the fish think that a storm is coming, and it will make the male build a bubble nest. Try it, it worked for me. - Jun 26, 2002
D3 - hi i just got my tank set-up and betta today i got all the eqipment and all...what i did was i put the male in the tank and the female in a floating jar, i\'d set it up at 5PM today and it didn\'t started till 1 AM in the morning right now i\'m so awake haha so excited lol ya well if that male doesn\'t make ne bubble just wait for it or u can get a mirror so that he think he\'s getting challage so he\'ll make the bubble nest...sorry about my grammer it\'s really bad...thats what u get for not attending English Class haha - Jun 7, 2002
