Just got Bettas today

Liz - You should probably condition them first. Kind of as a safety precaution. If the female is not already full of eggs and you are trying to breed her, the male may kill her. But it is your choice. - Jul 13, 2002
D3 - Just got Bettas today k i got my tank setup and everything and i got bought 2 males and 2 females one just got impoted from singapore but it\'s still to small the other one is ready. my question is do i have to condition them for 2 weeks... or can i put the female in the jar in the tank and the male in the tank and condition them for 1 week then let her out to spawn. will it still work? - Jun 7, 2002
