Which is the best food for Bettas?

- Many breeders use infusoria as their first food. We prefer to start with Liquid Fry 1, for egg layers. Use 1 drop the first day they hang in the nest, 2 drops the first day they are falling from the nest and on the third day use 2 drops as they are free swimming that morning and in that evening. Then move on to Microworm. We do not like introducing the bacteria the infusoria grow in, into the tank. Microworm are cleaner. - Oct 26, 2000
