My betta has dropsy. By giving it salt bath treatment only, will it be cured?

- Very very few betta\'s survive dropsy, and if they survive they dont last a long time after that. Salt baths help, use aquarium salts, 1 tablespoon i one gallon or water at the same temp of the tank - Apr 9, 2002
