My betta is very inactive. He floats at the top of the tank, doesn't eat and only moves when something scares him. What is wrong with him?

1. How to treat popeye (3 ans, 1078 views)

4. Bought 2 bettas @ pet store w good rep. these 2 i got 4 days ago, still will no eat a thing, otherwise very healthy flaring at other fish, swimming actively, is it normal for them to ignore food for so long? they are not sick in any way (2 ans, 483 views)
